Spring Leaning Challenge Update
This marks 6 weeks of the Spring Leaning challenge. This means that the benchmark workout and the measurements will take place this week. You will be able to do the benchmark workout any day this week as part of the CrossFit Group classes.

Friday: Mostly Upper Body, gymnastics
Saturday: Mostly Lower Body, Snatch
Sunday: Make Up Day or Benchmark of the week
