    Spring Leaning Challenge Update

    This marks 6 weeks of the Spring Leaning challenge.  This means that the benchmark workout and the measurements will take place this week. You will be able to do the benchmark workout any day this week as part of the CrossFit Group classes.

  • Programming

    This week we’ll be testing out max pullups or chinups to see if this month’s work has paid off. The skill of the month for June will be single leg squats also known as pistols…

    Monday: Mostly Lower body, Deadlift

    Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, Jerks

    Wednesday: Conditioning & Mobility

    Thursday: Mostly Lower Body, Squats

    Friday: Mostly Upper Body, gymnastics

    Saturday: Mostly Lower Body, Snatch

    Sunday: Make Up Day or Benchmark of the week
