     Summer Showdown

    Quick reminder that classes are cancelled next weekend on June 18th and 19th for our Summer Showdown team competition. We are still on the lookout for volunteers. Please email Anna@crossfitwinnipeg.com if you have a few hours to spare on Saturday or Sunday.

    Spring Leaning Challenge Update

    We are just finishing up the measurements for the Spring Leaning Challenge and I have to say that I am amazed at the results I’ve seen. I’m so proud of how far everyone has come.  We are now tabulating results and preparing the before and after photos.  It will likely be a couple of weeks before I can email your photos out to you but be patient… We’re still working out a time to announce the winners but most likely we’ll choose a weekday evening to get together and celebrate.

  • Programming

    This week we continue to gradually move toward heavier loads in our strength progressions. The skill of the month for June will be single leg squats also known as pistols…

    Monday: Mostly Lower body, Squat

    Tuesday: Mostly Upper Body, Gymnastics

    Wednesday: Conditioning & Skills

    Thursday: Mostly Lower Body, Deadlift

    Friday: Mostly Upper Body, gymnastics

    Saturday: Summer Showdown

    Sunday: Summer Showdown
