CFW Weekly Update for September 10th, 2017

    Congratulations to our very own CFW team who competed at the Starke Games this weekend.  Mike H. and Coach Justin placed Fourth in their Division and Mike PR’d his Snatch.  Can’t ask for more! Full effort = full victory!

     

    September Schedule Changes

    Effective September, the 10AM time slot on weekdays will be reserved for our new Silvers Program on Mondays and Wednesday, and for our Baby & Me program on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  There will be no CrossFit Classes Monday through Friday at 10AM, however, we will be adding a Kettlebell class at 10AM on Fridays.

    The Saturday 7AM CrossFit class is cancelled for September. It’s relatively poorly attended and our coaches need to sleep in every once in a while too!!!

    This is the fifth week of our new cycle of programming.

     

    Monday:

     

    Max Effort Lower Body (Testing) + Conditioning

    Tuesday:

    Full Body Structural Balance + Conditioning (Training)

    Wednesday:

     

    Dynamic Effort Upper Body (Training)

    Thursday:

     

    Full Body GPP (Training)

    Friday:

    Dynamic Effort Lower Body + Conditioning Benchmark (Testing)

    Saturday:

     

    Longer Conditioning

    Sunday:

     

    Full Body Structural Balance + Conditioning
